It's Me Again Margaret

Anybody recognize that song title? Then you must also be a fan of "Hugo the Human Cannonball!" (Mel- go ahead and come forward I know the deep dark secrets from your past.)
Well, anyways, hello again everyone. I like Jaime have been a little absent from blogland and I really did feel much more disconnected than usual. My sister, April, has been visiting the past week and is here for only two more days :( It was so funny when we picked April and Ty up at the airport because Levi took off after them when he saw Ty and then just ran right up to him and stood there... no hug, or big greeting, nothing- just stood next to him grinning.
Christmas is right around the corner and I'll get to see my whole family. My in-laws are coming East the week before Christmas and we've got a ski resort booked for a few days to celebrate Mike's 50th birthday. The last time I went skiing I tore my ACL so let's hope for some better luck this time. We're gonna put Levi through ski school and I'm excited to see him on the slopes. I'm sure he'll love it once he gets over some initial fears... he's got some natural athletic abilities that his father is priming in hopes of a Yankees baseball career! :) Then we're off to Texas to see my family and from there we're driving to Colorado for the Youth Ministry conference. I'm soooo excited about it all.
And I am way excited about Christmas this year. We will actually be at our house Christmas Eve/Christmas Morning so Santa Claus will be making his appearance in Richmond. (Summer, I like your idea about the special key since you don't have a chimney- maybe I'll steal it if I can get Levi to forget that I already told him Santa would come through the window.) It is really fun that Levi is old enough to be REALLY into it this year. The other day when I was at work and Cory was home with the boys, Levi called to tell me that Santa had just called Daddy and said that he was finished making Levi's present and that he would be bringing it on Christmas for him to open if he was sweet. Levi was sooooo excited- it's already got me dreading how in the world I will be able to tell him the truth in 15 years!

15 years??? Seriously Christina, do you want your child driving to school and still believing in Santa?? He'll be the laughing stock of the neighborhood!! Levi is a smart boy, I give him about 7 more years if your lucky!
Since you have met Boone's sister, you will appreciate this little tidbit. Although Boone's parents have told Sommer the truth about Santa, she still pretends to believe because she knows she gets more presents that way. And because she has her dad wrapped around her finger, this little scheme works every year.
It's so neat that your sisters are having kids at the same time you are so that they can all grow up together. Levi and Ty look like quite a pair.
