Heartbreaker
My first little man is turning 5 years old tomorrow. (Sidenote: Am I really old enough to have a five year old? No, seriously.) Anyways, we are having a camping birthday party including roasting smores, setting up the tent in the living room, and going flashlight hunting for stuffed animals. I'm not sure who is more excited, me or Levi. I really can't wait!!It's easy to get so caught up in the duties of being a mom and running a household that you don't stop to just enjoy your kids- so I love having the excuse of a birthday to make me slow down to simpy just celebrate Levi for a day and make him come first.
I'll try to keep the gushing to a anti-nauseating minimum :) but o.k. I just have to say it...I can't believe he is growing up so fast. We always tease him that he gets a spanking everytime he grows up. It's breaking my heart!! And apparantly he has already started breaking other girls hearts too. The other day I overheard a friend of his asking if he would marry her. He said "Umm, no." Then when she pressed him and asked again he stated very plainly, "Umm well, I might like to pick somebody else. " Ouch! She took it well though.

I know he's mine- but c'mon how cute is this kid?!?

I cannot believe Levi is 5...that makes me feel so old. Tell him I said Happy Birthday!
How did you guys make out during the storm?
oh, WOW. Wasn't it just last year that he was running around Bloomington in a skunk costume? I can't believe he's 5. What a cutie.
He is a cutie. Didn't it make you just a little glad this year that he just barely missed the cut off for kindergarten? Elizabeth will be 5 in about 4 weeks, and while we talked about sending her early I am actually really glad to have a whole year with her at home still. :) It does happen SO fast. And no I don't think either of us are old enough to have 5 year olds. ;)
Hope Levi has a great birthday party! Now you have my blog address. :-)
I've always thought he was going to be a heart-breaker. Not because I know the kid, but because he is just too cute and ALL the girls can't have him. :)
Happy late b-day to your little man. He is so stinkin' cute. All your boys are and I love that last pic of all three of them. Your youngest(Seth I think) is so cute in that pic. I just want to hug him. SO cute!!! And I don't know if I have told you this, but if we have a boy we are naming him Titus. We had that name picked out back when Faith was born. Love that name!!
You're old.
I'm just kidding, of course, because otherwise that would mean I'm old + a year. Levi is a cute little man, and it is hard to believe that he is so big. I hope that you had lots of fun celebrating his birthday.
For the last picture of the 3 boys Elisa commented:
"That's Levi right there! The big one! That's a friend right there!"
You are so funny. Sophia is 3 months so I guess it is possible, but thank goodness no. I mean future son... if we have a boy ever. It is all girls in my fam. so far. My brother has 3 and now with my 2 girls it's not looking so good for boys. We will see. Thanks for the comment.
